Quilting and Sewing with Mikka

From simple patchwork to flying geese to foundation paper piecing (FPP) to Y Seams - Mikka will work with you to reach your quilt goals! These private or semi private lessons are tailored to suit your abilities and goals, whether you want to make a quilt or a patchwork fanny pack. She'll walk you through each step of the process so that you don't just leave with a finished project, but with the skills and confidence you need to move forward in your quilting journey.

Class Policies

Our classes support the fabric and supplies we carry and we purchase fabric and merchandise to support our classes. Our policy is to have students purchase their fabric and supplies at our studio. Long-arming of finished quilt tops is also available through our store. If you are making a quilt from a pattern published by an independent designer, you may need to purchase it separately through them and bring it to class. 

Classes are non-refundable, however if you cancel prior to 5 days in advance and we can fill your spot, we will issue you credit towards a subsequent class. Private lessons can be rescheduled once due to sickness or emergency, but repeated cancellations are non-refundable. 

Wearing protective masks is optional.  We are a small studio and work in close proximity to one another.  As always, if you are feeling sick or please stay home.
