Beginning Sewing*:  Monday, June 22 – Friday, June 26

Class Times are 10am-2:30 pm with a half-hour lunch break.
Courses are limited to 6-8 students and enrollment is first come, first served.

*Enrolling in Beginning Sewing is not a pre-requisite for the Garment and Quilting courses but highly recommended.

This course is $1,575 (with an additional non-refundable $75 reservation fee)

 Quilt'n'Things Teacher Training Academy 

For the last 40+ years Quilt'n'Things has been providing classes for hobbyists, but now we are offering a program for those who wish to step into teaching and the entrepreneurial side of sewing!

20 hours of in-studio, hands on lessons focusing on a pedagogical, learner-centered approach to teaching sewing

Complete, structured sewing curriculum for teaching the course in which you’re enrolled

The patterns, fabric, and notions to complete each project 

Peer practice of instructional techniques

Information on how to purchase fabric, source supplies, and price materials and courses

Certificate of Completion upon finishing the 20 hours of training

Class Policies:

Wearing protective masks is optional.  We are a small studio and work in close proximity to one another.  As always, if you are feeling sick please stay home.
