We are offering a super sustainable sewing class with Vicki.  Learn how to create this quilt with a minimal environmental footprint!  You can literally do this technique with three things…your hand, a needle & thread, and fabric!  Feel free to sneak in a couple more tools like pins, scissors, and a rotary cutter & ruler to modernize this process!  The Manx quilting tradition originates in the Isle of Man and this block is akin to our Log Cabin block.  Manx  has become quite popular here in the states and is the perfect project to use up those scraps. 

We’ll provide a kit with the background fabric, some Liberty scraps, and a needle and thread.  You’ll need to bring your own hand (and some favorite scraps too)!

Class Policies

Our classes support the fabric and supplies we carry and we purchase fabric and merchandise to support our classes. Our policy is to have students purchase their fabric and supplies at our studio.

Classes are non-refundable, however if you cancel prior to 5 days in advance and we can fill your spot, we will issue you credit towards a subsequent class. Private lessons can be rescheduled once due to sickness or emergency, but repeated cancellations are non-refundable.

COVID-19 Policy

Wearing protective masks is optional.  We are a small studio and work in close proximity to one another.  As always, if you are feeling sick or please stay home.
