Sew a Classic Button Down Shirt

Sewing a Button Down Shirt is part of our Summer Sewing School 6 week program. It will be held June 9th- July 26th (excluding the week of July 4th).  Must have prior garment sewing experience.  If you are new to garment sewing please take our Beginning Garment Construction class.

Level: Intermediate/Advanced - prior garment sewing experience required.  If you're new to garment sewing, please take our Intro to Garment Sewing class. This class is for adults or advanced high school sewists.

Come join us for 6 weeks as we make this classic women's shirt.  This is a great intermediate/advanced garment project that includes lots of popular techniques.  Emily will take you step by step through the process of creating lapel collars, sleeve plackets, cuffs, and buttonholes.  These techniques may seem daunting, but don't let that scare you; they're great skill to level up your garment making! 

The enrollment fee includes all fabric, supplies, and use of our machines and tools. _____________

Class Policies

*Class reservations must equal 2 students, if we do not have enough participants we will notify you and reschedule your course. 

*Classes are NON REFUNDABLE! If we can find a replacement for your spot we will issue a refund minus a $25 service fee.

Wearing protective masks is optional at this time. As always, if you are feeling sick, please stay home.
