Know Your Sewing Machine CLASS

In this 1 hour class we will help you get started sewing with your machine. You'll learn how to properly thread your machine, wind and insert a bobbin, determine accurate thread tension and sew basic seams. We'll help you navigate your machine's various function keys, stitch options, and sewing machine feet.

Bring your sewing machine (if it's not brand new, be sure it's been recently serviced), the owners manual, all the accessories, power cord and foot pedal.

Class Policies

Our classes support the fabric and supplies we carry and we purchase fabric and merchandise to support our classes. Our policy is to have students purchase their fabric and supplies at our studio.

Classes are non-refundable, however if you cancel prior to 5 days in advance and we can fill your spot, we will issue you credit towards a subsequent class. Private lessons can be rescheduled once due to sickness or emergency, but repeated cancellations are non-refundable.

COVID-19 Policy

Currently we require masks to be worn during our classes because we are a small studio and work in close proximity. As always, if you are feeling sick or please stay home.
